In order to have your user profile removed from our systems, and hence all your data related to the use of Snow Maps 3D, please follow the procedures as laid out subsequently.

For information how and why we do collect data about you at all, please consult with our privacy policy

iOS (starting with version 4.0)

• Select the Profile tab in the app
• Select the Snow Maps 3D menu
• Select the Delete user entry
• After reconfirming your intentions, all data related to you will be deleted from the server, and cannot be reinstated.

Android (starting with version 4.0)

• Select the Profile tab in the app
• Select the Snow Maps 3D menu
• Select the Delete user profile entry
• After reconfirming your intentions, all data related to you will be deleted from the server, and cannot be reinstated.

All other users

Please send an email to support@snowmaps3d.com and we will trigger the removal of your complete user data from our system manually, and confirm the successful deletion by sending an email to you.
